Dave Carter

Dave Carter is a Product Development Manager at ECITB, a position held since 2023. They previously served as a Lead Offshore Safety Instructor at CWind Training from 2015 to 2021, specializing in safety training and consultation. Prior to that role, Dave worked as a Photographer and Filmmaker at CHPV Offshore Energy Media Services from 2009 to 2015. They hold various qualifications, including an NCRQ Level 6 in Applied Health & Safety and numerous certifications in safety training and project controls. Dave continues to pursue GCSE education at Sir John Leman High School.
