Paul Hammonds

Paul Hammonds is a Learning Product Strategist with a strong background in digital learning, content design, and product development. Currently, they serve as a Product Development Manager at ECITB, where they lead the design of national workforce products for the engineering construction sector. Previously, Paul held various roles including Product Development Coordinator at IOSH, where they significantly modernized the training portfolio and drove significant business growth. Paul also has experience as a Production Editor at the Learning and Work Institute and has been involved in music promotion early in their career. They have earned multiple qualifications, including a Professional Diploma in Digital Learning Design.
