Tracey Shelley is an experienced and qualified business leader, board member, and team manager with over 20 years of expertise in strategic and financial management, business development, and education within not-for-profit and charitable sectors. Tracey has served as Chief Executive at the Society of Operations Engineers and as Director at BCECA, where they led initiatives in the energy and process industries.
