Paula Mestre

Paula Mestre is a seasoned UX professional with extensive experience in user research, strategy, and design across various roles and organizations. Currently serving as UX Sr Director at Electric Kite since January 2021, Paula has led UX consultancy and strategy initiatives, including user research, prototyping, and usability testing. As the Director of Paula Mestre - Consultora UX, collaboration with international digital agencies is a key focus, addressing projects ranging from digital transformation to service design. Previous positions include Associate Principal UX Consultant at User Vision, Senior UX at homyspace, and leadership roles at Standard Life and Craneware, where Paula managed and developed UX teams to enhance user experiences. Paula’s educational background includes a graduate degree in Technical Engineering of System Data Processing and a voice user interface design course from LA NAVE NODRIZA.
