Ralf Neumann

Ralf Neumann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in system engineering and project management, currently serving as a System Engineer for Software Creation at Eckelmann AG since April 2001, where responsibilities include project leadership in plant automation, software development, installation, and maintenance of control system applications. Ralf Neumann also fulfills the role of Scrum Master, implementing the Scrum framework within the field of plant automation. Prior academic endeavors include a Master’s program in "Organisation und Kommunikation" and "Systemische Beratung" at the Technische Universität Kaiserslautern from 2014 to 2022, which focused on communication strategies and systemic thinking theories. Earlier experience includes serving as a project engineer at innomatec GmbH from 1997 to 2001, specializing in the design of measurement technology and software for leak testing systems. Ralf Neumann holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Electrical Engineering from Hochschule Niederrhein and a Master of Arts in Systemic Consultation from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau.
