Prashanth Tokala is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the telecommunication and IVR sectors. Currently employed at Eckoh since May 2017, Prashanth has previously held various roles including Manager of Pre-sales at Yantra Software, where responsibilities included presales and account management for hosted IVR solutions and speech products. As a Consultant SME for IVRS Testing at Technosoft Corporation, Prashanth focused on executing IVR testing projects and guiding testing teams. Earlier positions include IVR Developer at Yantra Software Pvt Ltd and Software Programmer at Bhrigus, specializing in Avaya IVR and related technologies. Prashanth holds a degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, completed in 2005.
