Nick Carroll is an experienced leader in technology solutions with a robust background in service management and project delivery. Currently serving as the General Manager of Technology Solutions at ECL Group Ltd since March 2020, Nick spearheads the Service Technology business unit, overseeing strategic planning and operational performance. Previous roles at ECL include Customer Site Systems Manager and Customer Implementation Manager, where Nick directed project delivery teams and facilitated seamless client onboarding. Prior to ECL, Nick served as Service Delivery Lead at Eyemagnet, focusing on account management and service excellence. With a solid foundation in information technology, backed by a Bachelor’s degree from Open Polytechnic of New Zealand, Nick has demonstrated success in leading teams and ensuring quality service across various technology offerings.
