Joy Retanan has extensive experience in the fields of data analysis and technical recruitment, currently serving as a Data Analyst and Technical Recruiter at Eclaro since August 2013. In this role, Joy focuses on recruiting professionals in the pharmaceutical industry, including Drug Safety Specialists, Researchers, and various scientists. Prior to Eclaro, Joy worked at Convergys as a Customer Service Representative and Billing Specialist, where also acted as an Assistant Coach for new hires, and at IBM as a Senior CSR/Collection Specialist. Joy holds a degree in AB Mass Communication from Far Eastern University, completed in 2005.
