Lucy Defeo

Lucy Defeo, CSSYB, has a diverse and extensive work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Lucy started their career as an HR and Recruitment Assistant at Megapack Container Corporation in 2003 and later became an HR and Recruitment Supervisor at Wizard Manpower and Allied Services, Inc. from 2004 to 2005. Lucy then joined Accenture as a Recruitment Assistant, managing both technical and non-technical positions.

In 2008, Lucy worked as an IT Recruiter at Emerio, where they successfully met hiring targets and administered technical exams. Lucy then transitioned to PeopleMatters, Inc. as a Technical Recruiter and HR/ Admin Analyst, responsible for end-to-end recruitment and improving job descriptions. Lucy reported directly to the General Manager and liaised with external parties.

From 2012 to 2015, Lucy served as a Technical Recruitment Consultant and HR Specialist at Zuellig Pharma. Lucy'srole included managing talent acquisition, coordinating with service providers, and organizing company events. Lucy also handled onboarding processes and employee orientations.

In 2015, Lucy joined PSG Global Solutions as a Senior Information Technology Recruiter, focusing on sourcing strategies, screening and qualifying candidates, and managing candidate databases for specific clients.

From 2016 to 2021, Lucy worked at PCCW Solutions Philippines Inc as a Senior HR Executive/ Talent Acquisition Lead, reporting directly to the Regional TA Head and PH HR Head. Lucy'sresponsibilities included account and client management, data and reports analytics, employee relations, and providing consultancy for onboarding plans and other HR aspects. Lucy also played a vital role in building the company's manpower by hiring more than 800 employees.

Currently, Lucy is employed by Eclaro as a Talent Acquisition Delivery Lead. Eclaro is a talent delivery company that offers customizable talent acquisition and management services. Lucy's role entails recruiting and managing a highly skilled staff of professionals in specialized disciplines.

Throughout their career, Lucy has demonstrated a strong track record of meeting targets, improving processes, and building successful recruitment strategies.

Lucy Defeo has a Bachelor's degree in BS Psychology from Far Eastern University, obtained from 1999 to 2003. In 2016, they completed short-term courses in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing from Shaw Academy. Additionally, Lucy has obtained various certifications including Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Lean Six Sigma White Belt, Lean Six Sigma Project Management, Data Analytics, Microsoft Forms, and Behavioral Interviewing Techniques.
