Luke Ruzek

Luke Ruzek has extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as Director of Human Resources at Eclaro since November 2014, with previous roles including Human Resources Manager and Assistant Director of Operations. Responsibilities at Eclaro include initiating the onboarding process for new candidates, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, managing accounts receivable and collections, and providing assistance with HR and payroll. Prior to this, Luke Ruzek worked at Harbor Links Golf Course as a Golf Shop Associate and Greeter. Luke Ruzek holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Adelphi University and an Associate of Arts from Nassau Community College.
