Pam Saba

Pam Saba, RPm, has extensive experience in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as a Recruitment Specialist and Team Lead at Eclaro since April 2017. In this role, Pam oversees the daily attendance of team members and ensures adequate coverage for job requirements while providing coaching and mentoring. Prior experience includes working as a Technical Recruiter, where Pam sourced and assessed applicants for various positions, and an internship in the Human Resources Department at Honda Cars Philippines, Inc., focusing on applicant sourcing and preliminary interviews. Earlier, Pam interned at Eulogio "Amang" Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology, assisting in counseling and career coaching for students. Pam holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the same institution.
