Red V. is currently the Talent Acquisition Delivery Lead at Eclaro, where they have held various roles since 2019, including leading recruitment teams and developing strategic hiring processes. Prior to this, Red gained extensive experience in customer service and technical support at companies such as TeleTech Philippines, Afni, Inc., and Transcom. They also served as a Team Leader at ABENSON VENTURES, overseeing retail operations and team performance. Red holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Our Lady of Fatima University, which they completed in 2012.
