Josefa Monge

Josefa Monge is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in leadership and corporate governance. Since April 2015, Josefa has held multiple titles at Sistema B Chile, including Chair of Business Council, Executive Chair, and Board Member. Additionally, Josefa serves as a Board Member for Vistage Chile, 3xi, eClass, and Cumplo, showcasing a strong commitment to organizational excellence. Josefa co-founded Cumplo and has held various legal and corporate affairs roles. Previously, Josefa was an Associate at Philippi, Yrarrázaval, Pulido & Brunner from July 2003 to June 2008. Josefa holds a degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and is pursuing further education in Corporate Communications at the same institution.
