Jarrar Hussain

Jarrar Hussain has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jarrar is currently serving as the Head of IT Development at eClear | TaxFinTech since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Developer & Architect Java Backend at the same company from September 2020 to February 2023.

In 2019, Jarrar founded and became the Managing Director of Babonta GmbH. Before that, they worked as a Java Software Engineer at PROSTEP AG from February 2019 to July 2020.

From September 2015 to February 2019, Jarrar worked as a Freelance IT Consultant at Freiberufliche IT-Beratung & Entwicklung. Jarrar also co-founded and served as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at X24Factory from January 2016 to June 2018.

Jarrar gained significant experience at adviqo AG, where they held various roles including Tech Lead Application from July 2014 to December 2015, IT-Head Content & Commerce from February 2009 to June 2014, and Web Application Engineer from September 2006 to February 2009.

Earlier in their career, Jarrar worked as an IT Specialist and IT-Expert at freenet AG from November 2001 to August 2006. Jarrar started their professional journey as an Analyst Programmer at Habib Bank Limited in October 1991, where they worked until July 2001.

Jarrar also had a short stint as a Network Administrator at Durham County Cricket Club from July 2000 to November 2000.

Jarrar Hussain obtained an MSc. in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Sunderland. The duration of this educational experience is not provided.
