Jennifer Hernandez is the co-founder and executive director of ECLI. Jennifer has dedicated their career to helping others, particularly those in the Latino community.

Jennifer began their career working as a legal intern at the Suffolk County Attorney's office. Jennifer then became a senior bilingual court advocate at Brighter Tomorrows Inc., before taking on the role of assistant executive director. In 2014, they co-founded ECLI with the goal of providing affordable legal services to immigrants and other underserved communities.

Jennifer's passion for justice and helping others has made their an effective leader at ECLI. Under their direction, the organization has grown significantly, providing vital services to hundreds of clients each year. Jennifer is committed to making a difference in their community, and they will continue to fight for justice for all.

Jennifer Hernandez graduated from Stony Brook University with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government.
