At EclimAi, we are building the intelligence layer for commercial buildings. Our platform uses privacy-first computer vision and on-premise edge AI to understand how spaces are actually used in real time - then autonomously control energy systems based on real human behaviour, not static schedules or assumptions.

Traditional building management systems rely on rules, sensors, and manual intervention. EclimAi replaces this with continuous perception and decision-making at the edge. Cameras act as the building’s vision, allowing our AI to detect occupancy, movement, and usage patterns instantly, and translate that insight into precise HVAC control without sending data to the cloud.

The result is a building that responds dynamically to its environment - reducing wasted energy, improving comfort, and lowering operating costs from day one. As energy prices rise and regulations tighten, EclimAi enables owners and operators to meet sustainability and compliance requirements automatically, without retrofits or operational disruption.

We don’t just optimise buildings. We make them autonomous, efficient, and future-ready.
