Faris Oweis

Faris Oweis currently serves as AI Lead at Irys and DeFi Lead at Eclipse Laboratories Inc., while also coaching in the crypto space at Crypto Coach. With a strong mentoring background, Faris guides startups in the Outlier Ventures and Tribe Accelerator programs. Previous roles include Head of Platform at Struck Crypto and Chief Instigator at Instigation Protocol, a consultancy focused on growth in early-stage crypto solutions. Additionally, Faris contributed to the SXSW Pitch Advisory Board and served on the Acceleration Committee for FinTech4Good, along with holding a commissioner position for Blockchain for Impact. Faris holds an MBA in Marketing from Auburn University Harbert College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech.
