Michael Smallwood

Michael Smallwood has a long history of work experience. Michael began their career in 1986 as a Photographer for Portraits by Memory Lane. In 1990, they moved to Ritz Camera Centers, where they held the role of Technical Service Manager and Store Manager. In 2012, they became the Service Desk Manager for JTECH Networks, LLC. Finally, in 2016, they became the Help Desk Manager for Eclipse Networks, Inc.

Michael Smallwood obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photographic Design from The University of Georgia. In addition, they hold two certifications from CompTIA, the CompTIA A+ obtained in February 2002 and the Network+ obtained in January 2002.
