We offer tailored and customized recruiting solutions to your firm’s hiring needs. We understand that in this competitive market, every client is different, and a one-size approach will not achieve your intended goals and objectives. Hence, we individualize our defined talent acquisition plan for every single search.

Eclipse is a national search firm; we specialize in placements of finance and accounting professionals in all locations around the USA. All recruiters employed started their careers in public accounting and then moved into industry. We aim to utilize a variety of both personal and professional experience gained during that time to help our clients attract talented candidates.

We work with a multitude of large reputable firms and industry leaders including; investment banks, hedge funds, private equity firms, broker-dealers, insurance companies, fortune 500 companies, public listed entities, start up’s, early growth stage companies, consulting firms, advisory, service firms, regulators, Big 4 and more.

As the total solar eclipse accounts for the straight configuration of 3 important celestial bodies, the Sun, Moon and Earth, we have identified these as the candidate, job and client in our recruiting universe. At Eclipse Recruiting, our mission is to perfectly align our candidate with a career-advancing job at the best-fit client, that best matches their profile.

Our firm possesses over 35 years of work experience, stemming from accounting, finance, management, consulting, mentorship, HR, and agency recruiting. We are very familiar with what it means to work as an employee in industry, which provides us with an invaluable advantage in dealing with both clients and candidates alike.
