Jack Suen has over a decade of experience in support and trading system roles, currently serving as Support Team Lead and Senior Equity Derivatives Trading System Support at Eclipse Trading since October 2015. Previously, Jack held the position of FX/Fixed Income Production Support Analyst at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking from June 2012 to September 2015, where responsibilities included second-level support for electronic market-making platforms. Early in their career, Jack worked as a Junior Part-Time Analyst and IT Trainee at HSBC Global Banking and Markets, contributing to process improvements in invoice settlements and developing a seat reservation system. Jack holds a Master of Arts in Philosophy from Lingnan University and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
