Soner Olgun

Soner Olgun is a senior People and Culture Manager with over a decade of progressive experience in human resources. Currently, at Eclit, Soner develops and implements HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, oversees recruitment processes, and manages employee relations and compensation programs. Previously, Soner held the role of Performance Management and Compensation & Benefits Manager at Mikrogrup, where they oversaw compensation strategies, budget preparations, and HR analytics. Soner began their career with various trainee roles, including positions at VakıfBank and İstanbul Sanayi Odası, and holds a degree from Marmara University.
