Edward Padilla

Edward Padilla is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in communications and management. Experience includes serving as a Sergeant in the US Army from May 1987 to July 1993, where responsibilities involved telecommunications support for the President of the United States, and working with the White House Communications Agency. Subsequently, Edward held various managerial positions at ECMD, Inc. from May 2004 to August 2019, including District Manager, West Coast Traffic Manager, and Regional Manager. A tenure at Raytheon from July 1993 to October 2000 as an Instructor/Engineer involved managing training programs for the Royal Saudi Air Force's C3 Air Defense System. Academic qualifications include an Associate's degree from Frederick Community College, an additional Associate's from Chaffey College, a Bachelor of Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, and an ongoing MBA at Cal Poly Pomona.
