Hao Zuo

Hao Zuo is an Ocean Data Assimilation Scientist at ECMWF, where they are responsible for developing the next generation ocean and sea-ice reanalysis and analysis systems. With a background as a Research Fellow at the University of Reading, they contributed significantly to climate change monitoring through ocean and sea-ice reanalysis products. Hao previously held positions as a Senior Scientist and Scientist at the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Physical Geography and a Master's degree from Nanjing University, followed by a PhD in Physical Oceanography from the University of Southampton.
