Michael Sleigh is currently the Head of Integrated Forecasting Systems at the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts, a position they have held since 2016. Prior to this role, they worked at AWE from 2010 to 2012 in various capacities, including Principal Scientist and Group Leader in Computational Physics. Michael earned a BSc from the University of Leeds and a PhD from The University of Salford.
