Zsofia Kovacs

Zsofia Kovacs is an experienced Principal Consultant at E Co. since April 2024, specializing in climate finance project design, impact management, and the mobilization of private finance for climate projects. Prior to this role, Zsofia led the Private Sector Development service line at Triple Line from February 2016 to March 2024, overseeing climate, agriculture, and renewable energy projects for various financial institutions. Zsofia's expertise includes conducting impact verification studies for the Fund for Rural Prosperity at the MasterCard Foundation, providing impact measurement support for BII Plus, and evaluating the Kenya Relief Fund. With a solid background in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) for various programs, including those funded by the FCDO and Standard Chartered Foundation, Zsofia has been instrumental in designing impactful strategies and frameworks. Previous experience includes Senior Managing Consultant at ICF and project management roles at HTSPE Ltd and Central European University. Zsofia holds an MSc in Business Management from Corvinus University of Budapest and a BSc in Economics from Budapest Business University.
