Chris Dibiase

Chris DiBiase has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles within the manufacturing industry. Chris is currently the Director of Operations - East at Eco Material Technologies. Prior to this, they worked at Imerys as Operations Director for the US South and Wollastonite Hub, where they managed multiple manufacturing facilities and mines, ensuring safety, compliance, profitability, customer service, and continuous improvement. Chris also served as Operations Manager for Performance Minerals Americas, directing the operations of ground calcium carbonate manufacturing facilities.

Before Imerys, Chris worked at CARBO in roles such as Director of Manufacturing, Director of International Operations, and Plant Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for various aspects of manufacturing operations, including technology scale-up, international facility management, profitability, engineering, product quality, and business development opportunities.

Earlier in their career, Chris worked at The Quikrete Companies as Operations Manager and Plant Manager, overseeing manufacturing facility operations, budgets, compliance, production efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Chris also served as a Process Engineer, providing technical support to multiple manufacturing facilities and recommending process improvement options.

Throughout their career, Chris has demonstrated strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Chris DiBiase received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of South Florida in 1992.
