Patrick Imhoff, P.E., is a registered Civil Engineer in California and serves as the Technical Services Manager for CalPortland's Central Coast Division. With extensive experience in quality control and technical support, Patrick has held leadership positions in various statewide associations, including chairing technical committees for the California Construction and Industrial Materials Association and the American Concrete Institute. They have also contributed as a judge for the American Society of Civil Engineers National Concrete Canoe Competition and currently co-chair the Caltrans Asphalt Task Group. Previously, Patrick worked at Hanson Aggregates and Kaiser Cement Corp., where they managed quality control operations and represented industry interests at technical committees. Patrick earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
