Eco Pallet is patented manufacturers of EPS Pallets in India. Our pallets are completely safe, extremely light weight, Eco- friendly, Cost effective, Highly Customizable and FDA/Medical certifiable. Our pallets are made of expanded polystyrene (EPS) inner core and our patented outer skin. This gives the pallet a tough, sanitary, non-porous, non-absorbent and a completely washable surface which is free of nesting places for insects, rodents, disease, moulds and mildew. 
 
The pallet is shock absorbent and an excellent choice for all products including fragile or temperature-sensitive products. It is a perfect product for Sea, Road and Air freight Cargo. It’s also totally absent of any nutritional value, so no fungi or micro-organisms can grow within EPS. EPS doesn’t decompose in a landfill; it doesn’t release any methane emissions into the air. Further, because of its inert, non-toxic and stable property, it won’t contaminate subterranean water supplies.
 
EPS is 100% recyclable and under increased development - Eco Pallet leaves least CO2 footprint. EPS can be recycled in many ways include recycling directly into new building products and incineration to recover its inherent energy content The appropriate choice of a recycling method is based on technical, environmental and economic considerations. 
 
The spray Material makes our pallet reusable, recyclable, repairable and an all-weather pallet with an extended lifecycle. The spray:
 
1. Forms a skin on top of the core without joints or overlaps and allows maximum flexibility with up to 600% elongation
2. Filling the Gap between Rubber and Plastic. Their flexibility is accountable for their strength and remarkable ability to resist impact.
