Doug Muldoon

Doug Muldoon has extensive work experience in law enforcement and charitable organizations. Doug began their career in 1976 as Chief of Police for the City of Palm Bay, where they worked with various departments and law enforcement agencies. Doug served as President of the Brevard County Chiefs of Police Association in 2009. In 1994, they joined FBINAA, Inc., where they held several roles, including Executive Board Member, International President, and Past President/Secretary Treasurer. In 2014, they became Chairman of the FBINAA Charitable Foundation. Muldoon also worked as the Senior Director of International Law Enforcement Relations for ecoATM Gazelle, a company focused on cell phone and tablet recycling. Doug was a Co-Chair and Board Member of Survive First, an organization dedicated to mental health assistance for first responders. Doug later became a Board Member of the Coalition of Law Enforcement and Retail. Muldoon is currently a Member of the Board of Directors for The Quell Foundation, representing Survive First and assisting those in need of mental health support.

Doug Muldoon received their Executive Certification in Terrorism and Counterterrorism Operations from the FBI Leadership in Counter Terrorism (LinCT) program in 2010. In 2006, they completed Session 52 of the FBI LEEDA program, focusing on Organizational Leadership. From 1991 to 1992, they attended Florida State University and earned a Certified Public Manager designation. Their undergraduate degree, a BA in Public Administration, was obtained from the University of Central Florida from 1987 to 1991. In 1988, they participated in the 153rd Session of the FBI National Academy, specializing in Executive Leadership.
