Chip Gooding

Chip Gooding has a strong background in taxation, with over 15 years of experience in various tax roles. Chip is currently serving as the Vice President of Global Tax at Ecobat since October 2021. Prior to this role, Chip worked as the Vice President of Tax at Aimbridge Hospitality from August 2020 to October 2021. Chip also worked at EY as a Tax Senior Manager on a contract seasonal basis from February 2020 to July 2020. Chip's extensive experience includes working at Commercial Metals Company, where they held several roles such as Vice President of Tax, Director of International Tax, Director of Tax Accounting and Reporting, Manager of Federal and State Taxes, and Senior Tax Accountant. Before that, they worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Thomson Reuters from July 1998 to July 2005.

Chip also obtained the IBM Blockchain Foundation Developer V2 certification from IBM.
