Daniel S. Terrell

Daniel S. Terrell joined Ecobat as Chief Legal Officer in July 2020. Daniel serves on the company’s executive team and oversees all legal matters, including corporate governance, M&A, litigation, and compliance.

Prior to Ecobat, Daniel was a leader at Baker Botts LLP, where his practice focused on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters for public and private clients.

Before Baker Botts, Daniel held the chief legal officer role for Stream Energy (now NYSE: NRG), PLH Group, and a division of The Shaw Group (now McDermott International).

Daniel earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Southeastern Louisiana University and a law degree from the Louisiana State University Law Center.
