Patrick Simmons

Patrick Simmons has extensive work experience in compensation and benefits roles. Patrick currently holds the position of Vice President Global Compensation & Benefits at Ecobat since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Director Total Rewards at HollyFrontier Corporation from July 2018 to May 2022. Before that, they served as the Director Compensation Benefits at Newfield Exploration from May 2015 to July 2018, and as the Director, Compensation & Benefits at Southwestern Energy from October 2011 to May 2015. Earlier in their career, they held director-level positions at CBRE from June 2010 to October 2011 and at Hewlett-Packard from February 2002 to February 2010.

Patrick Simmons earned a Bachelor's Degree in Management/Marketing from McNeese State University in the period of 1985-1990. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the same university from 1990-1992.
