Sylvia Jaramillo

Sylvia Jaramillo is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources information systems and benefits management. Currently serving as the HRIS Manager at Ecobat since May 2022, Sylvia has previously held various human resources positions while exploring new opportunities from April 2021 to May 2022. Prior to that, Sylvia worked as a Project Coordinator at Sable Permian Resources, LLC, and spent over 16 years at Freeport-McMoRan Oil & Gas as a Senior HRIS Specialist. Additionally, Sylvia was a Sr. Benefits Specialist at Ocean Energy before its acquisition by Devon Energy and began a career as a Benefits Representative at US Oncology. Sylvia holds an education from the University of Houston-Downtown.
