Tom Claeys

Tom Claeys currently serves as the Managing Director of Ecobat Logistics Germany, focusing on transforming resources for a sustainable future since October 2021. Prior to this role, Tom held various positions including Interim Manager at Unilin and Director of Project Management for Operational Excellence in EMEA at Johnson Controls from May 2010 to May 2020. Tom's extensive experience at Johnson Controls also encompassed leadership in Logistics and Distribution across Europe and EMEA. At Adient, Tom was the Operations Manager for CKD Distribution and contributed as a Continuous Improvement Manager and Launch Manager on automotive projects. Tom began the career as a Process Engineer at ECA Assenede. Educational achievements include an Executive Coaching program at Johnson Controls International and a Program Manager certification at Adient PLC.
