Adrian Au

Adrian Au has diverse work experience in various industries. Adrian currently holds the position of Industrial Designer at ecobee since January 2022. Prior to that, Adrian was an Interior Design Lead and Aerobody Lead at Midnight Sun Solar Car Team from January 2019 to September 2020 and January 2017 to December 2018, respectively. In 2019, Adrian also worked as an Industrial Design Co-op at ecobee for three months. Adrian has also gained experience as a Product Validation Co-op at North from September 2018 to December 2018. Adrian's previous roles include Mechanical Automation Designer at ATS Automation from January 2018 to April 2018, Manufacturing & Project Management Engineering Specialist at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada from May 2017 to August 2017, and Assistant Project Manager at Snyder Construction from September 2016 to December 2016. Adrian's earliest work experience was as an Activity Developer for the WATiMake MME Engineering Clinic at the University of Waterloo from January 2016 to April 2016.

Adrian Au completed a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo between 2015 and 2021. In 2019, Adrian also pursued Continuing Studies in Industrial and Product Design at OCAD University.
