Carmelo Volpe has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Carmelo started their career as a US Inbound Sales Specialist at Lenovo in 2007 and worked there until 2009. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Technical Support Representative (Level 2) at Milano Software. Carmelo then joined Kinetic Social in 2013 and worked in various roles including Junior Quality Assurance Analyst, Quality Assurance Analyst, and Senior QA until 2017. In 2017, they joined Rangle.io as a Business/Quality Analyst and worked there until 2018. Currently, they are serving as a Senior QA Engineer at ecobee since December 2018.
Carmelo Volpe completed a Diploma with High Honours in Information Technology at Seneca College from 2004 to 2007.
