Chris Liu

Chris Liu has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Chris is currently working as a Senior Key Account Manager at ecobee since May 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Manager of Strategic Partnerships at Google from October 2022 to May 2023. From August 2021 to October 2022, Chris held the position of Director of Ecommerce at Huawei, where they were responsible for developing sales strategies and implementing pricing programs. Before their role at Huawei, Chris was the Owner and Consultant at CLIU Consulting, where they assisted small local businesses and start-ups in building marketing strategies. Chris also held various roles at TELUS, including Head of Consumer Marketing & Customer Acquisition, Strategy Manager, Product Manager, and Marketing Specialist. Chris began their career at McDonald's as a Customer Service Representative.

Chris Liu attended The University of British Columbia from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Marketing and International Business. In 2010, they participated in an exchange program at The University of Hong Kong, studying Business and Economics. Additionally, Chris has acquired several certifications from LinkedIn, including Key Account Management, Managing Your Personal Investments, and Online Marketing Foundations, all obtained in January 2021.
