Harleen B. began their work experience in 2019 as a Proactive Sales Representative at IO Solutions Call Center, where they worked until September 2020. In October 2020, they joined ecobee as a Technical Analyst, with their employment there ongoing.

Harleen B. obtained a Bachelor's of Technology degree in Computer Science from Chandigarh Group of Colleges. This educational journey started in 2014 and concluded in 2018. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Concordia University, which lasted from 2019 to 2020.
