Laura Gillespie

Laura Gillespie started working as a Hair Stylist at Salon On Sixth in October 2021 and ended in May 2022. In May 2022, they joined ecobee as a Senior Technical Support Specialist.

Laura Gillespie began their education in 2009 at Majestany Institute, where they obtained a Trades Certificate in Cosmetology/Cosmetologist. Laura completed their studies in 2012. In 2022, Laura attended Npower Canada and obtained certifications in the Google IT Support Professional Certificate and ServiceNow. Laura also completed additional certifications such as the Become a Sales Representative course from LinkedIn and the Build Your Skills in Customer Service course from LinkedIn. In 2023, Laura pursued further education at Npower Canada, specializing in Google Project Management. Laura obtained the Google Project Management: Specialization certification from Coursera in January 2023.
