Matheus Rosa has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Matheus started their career in 2013 as an Administrative Assistant/Intern at the Prosecutor's Office of the State of Parana. In 2014, they worked as a Technical Intern at Embrail - Brazilian Company of Lighting. Matheus then joined E.R Sanchez Sales Consulting as a Volunteer Sales Assistant in 2016. In 2017, they took on the role of a Commercial and Residential Pressure Washer at Flow Garage and Parking Lot Services. At the same time, they also worked as a Private Tutor for Computer Skills. In 2018, Matheus joined ecobee as a Technical Support Representative and later moved up to become a Quality Assurance Specialist/Technical Trainer. Matheus then transitioned to the role of a Technical Support Engineer in 2020 and eventually became a Senior Technical Support Expert in 2021. Currently, they are working at ecobee as an Associate CRM Administrator since 2023.

Matheus Rosa has a diverse education history spanning multiple fields and institutions. In 2011, they began their education journey at the Federal University of Technology - Parana, where they pursued a degree in Mechanics. Matheus successfully completed their program in 2015.

Following this, Matheus Rosa enrolled in Humber College from 2016 to 2018, studying Electronics Engineering and earning a Technician degree. This provided him with a solid foundation in this field.

In 2022, Matheus Rosa joined General Assembly Canada to enhance their skills in Full-Stack Web Development. Matheus completed a short-term program, earning a Certificate in this discipline during the same year.
