Michael Duong

Michael Duong has a diverse work experience in various roles. Michael worked at ecobee as a Technical Support Expert starting in October 2020. Prior to that, they served as a QA Specialist and Technical Trainer from September 2019 to October 2020, and as a Technical Support Specialist from October 2018 to September 2019. Before ecobee, they worked at Extreme Reach Toronto as a Video Specialist from January 2015 to October 2018. In this role, they were responsible for handling multiple time-sensitive projects, providing technical support and guidance to team members, and troubleshooting technical issues for clients. Michael also retrieved and evaluated digital content using Avid Media Composer. Prior to Extreme Reach Toronto, Michael worked at Shaw Communications, where they served as a Presentation Editor from March 2012 to July 2014. In this role, they prepared content for broadcasting, performed post-production tasks, and created promos. Michael also worked as a Master Control Operator from August 2008 to March 2012, monitoring networks for quality and regulatory compliance. Michael's earliest work experience was as a Tape Library Intern at Entertainment Tonight Canada in January 2008.

From 2005 to 2008, Michael Duong attended Mohawk College and obtained a Diploma in Television Broadcasting.
