Ryan L. has a diverse work experience that spans across different companies and roles. In 2022, they worked as a Technical Support Specialist at ecobee. From 2008 to 2017, they held roles at Sears Canada, including Catalogue & Switchboard Service Representative and Shipping & Receiving Materials Handler. In 2015, they briefly worked as a Retail Ambassador at Nintendo of Canada Ltd.

Ryan L. began their education journey in 2012 when they enrolled at Humber College. Ryan pursued a Ontario College Advanced Diploma in Computer Engineering and completed their studies in 2016.

In 2021, Ryan L. continued their education by participating in various programs and obtaining additional certifications.
