Simoli Patel

Simoli Patel has a diverse work experience history. Simoli started their career as a Web Developer at The Gateway Hotel Ummed in 2011, where they created and designed websites for the Banquet Management System. In 2012, they worked as an IT HelpDesk Analyst at GSS Infotech Ltd., providing technical support to users for hardware and software-related issues. Simoli then joined Freedom Mobile in 2014 as a Customer Service Representative, where they managed customer expectations and resolved concerns. In 2016, they became a Technical Support Representative at Verifone, handling the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computer systems and network issues. Most recently, Simoli worked at ecobee since 2018. Simoli started as a Technical Support Specialist, assisting customers and resolving technical inquiries. Simoli then progressed to the role of Technical Support Lead and, most recently, Senior Technical Support Lead. Simoli'sresponsibilities at ecobee included providing first point of contact support, troubleshooting wireless and Wi-Fi issues, and supporting various customers, including end users, professionals, partners, and utility customers using different tools and API integrations.

Simoli Patel has a diverse education history. In 2009, they began their studies at J. G. College of Computer Application, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology. Simoli successfully completed their degree in 2012.

Afterward, in 2013, Simoli joined Fanshawe College to pursue an Associate's Degree in Information Security Management. Simoli completed this program in 2014.

In 2015, Simoli returned to Fanshawe College to further their education in advanced professional communication. Simoli completed an Associate's Degree in Advance Professional Communication - GAP in the same year.

To complement their educational background, Simoli has obtained additional certifications from Microsoft. In April 2021, they earned the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification, followed by the Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification in June 2021.
