Tom Jacobs

Tom Jacobs has extensive work experience in product management and digital retail experience. Their most recent role was as a Manager of Product Management, Digital at ecobee, a company they joined in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Product Manager at Properly, a Canadian real estate technology company, from 2022 to 2023.

Before their role at Properly, Tom spent several years at lululemon, where they held various positions. From 2021 to 2022, they served as a Senior Product Manager, leading teams in delivering global digital solutions for the company's omni experience. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Manager from 2018 to 2021, overseeing the development of innovative retail technology and ecommerce solutions. Tom also held roles as a Product Specialist and Program Coordinator, contributing to in-store guest experiences and new initiatives.

Tom's early career included founding and working as a Freelance Designer at Mood Marketing, where they provided branding, graphic design, and web design services. Tom also has experience as an Experience Design Intern at THNK - School of Creative Leadership, supporting launch operations and executive enrolment initiatives. Additionally, they worked as an Operational Solutions Intern at lululemon, assisting with communication and operations strategies during the company's international expansion.

Tom Jacobs obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Honors degree in Economics from Queen's University. Prior to that, they received an Honours High School Diploma from Strathcona-Tweedsmuir School. In terms of additional certifications, they attained the "Business Acumen Seeing The Big Picture" certification from Acumen Learning in 2021 and became a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) through agile42 in 2016.
