Human-Edited Captioning
EcoCaptions was born with a bold mission: to provide top-notch closed captioning while saving our planet. With the loss of 30 million acres of rainforest last year alone, joining forces with EcoCaptions means joining the fight against deforestation. Every video minute captioned with us chips away at that devastating number as a percentage of our profits goes straight to Costa Rica rain forest conservation.

We guarantee a 99% accuracy with our human-edited captions. This service is ideal for businesses, educators, and content creators who require high-quality captions for their video content.

Open Captions
Our open captioning service involves adding captions to your video content that are always visible and cannot be turned off. This service is ideal for videos that are intended to be viewed without sound, such as social media videos or promotional content. The aesthetic of your captions is completely customizable as you can choose letter font/color/size, background color, et cetera.

Closed Captions
Closed captioning involves adding captions to your video content that can be turned on or off by the viewer. This service is ideal for YouTube content, business training videos, meetings, and most other content that you want to make accessible.

Transcription
Automatically included for download with every EcoCaptions captioning job, transcripts are the written version of video or audio recordings, such as interviews, speeches, and podcasts, into written text. It is often used in various industries, including journalism, research, legal, and medical fields, as well as for accessibility purposes.

AI-Generated Captioning
Our AI-generated captioning service uses the latest technology to automatically transcribe your audio content and generate captions. While not as accurate as human-edited captions, our AI-generated captions can still be a fast and cost-effective solution for content creators on a budget.
