Dawn Custer

Dawn Custer currently serves as a Staff Auditor at ECOCERT Group since March 2025 and has held the position of Special Programs Coordinator at Florida Organic Growers since February 2019, where duties also included serving as a Staff Inspector. Previously, Dawn was the GAP Connections Manager at Quality Certification Services for 2022 and the President of Goodness Grows from April 2001 to January 2022, focusing on resource allocation and compliance in production agriculture. Earlier experience includes serving as General Manager at Dad's Restaurant and Lounge from March 1994 to March 1999, overseeing various operational and human resource functions. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Agricultural Business Management and a minor in Economics from Penn State University.
