Saloni Doshi

Saloni Doshi serves as the CEO and Chief Sustainability Geek at EcoEnclose since September 2015, leading the company in providing the most eco-friendly packaging solutions for ecommerce. Prior experience includes serving as Engagement Manager at New Venture Advisors LLC, focusing on food system planning, and co-founding Fresh Takes Kitchen, a health and wellness startup aimed at combating obesity through affordable meal delivery. Saloni's career also features roles at Teach For America, including Managing Director and Director of Strategic Planning, as well as a management consultant position at Mercer Management Consulting, where early career contributions spanned product strategy and operational optimization. Saloni Doshi earned an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BSE in Operations Research and Financial Engineering from Princeton University.
