Fernando Lacadena

Fernando Lacadena is a Senior Advisor with over forty years of experience in financial management and corporate governance within large multinational corporations. Their extensive expertise encompasses all areas of finance, including M&A operations and corporate financing strategies. Currently, they serve as a Treasurer for Asociación Norte Joven and hold the position of President of the Board of Directors at Vivenio, while also advising on various M&A operations. Fernando has previously held significant roles such as CFO at Sacyr and MERLIN Properties, and independent advisor at NH Hotel Group, among others. Additionally, they are President of ASIPA, the Spanish Association of Rental Property Companies, and actively participate in postgraduate courses as a speaker.
