Prashant Badal

Prashant Badal is a seasoned professional in the field of sustainability and environmental governance, currently serving as a Senior Manager for ESG at EcoEx since September 2025. Prior experiences include roles as a Programme Associate for Energy Transition at the Council on Energy, Environment and Water (CEEW) and as a Researcher in Climate, Environment & Sustainability at the Center for Study of Science, Technology and Policy. Additionally, Prashant has worked as an ESG Consultant at SHYAM METALICS AND ENERGY LIMITED, where responsibilities included drafting sustainability reports, designing KPIs, and formulating responsible sourcing policies. With further experience in operations and project management from organizations including CultYvate and Pragmatix Research & Advisory Services, Prashant holds an MBA in Sustainability from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, along with an ongoing international MBA in Sustainability from Mannheim Business School and a BTech in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.
