Bing Huang

Bing Huang has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2013, Bing worked as an intern at Tencent for a short period. In 2013, Bing also served as an Art Director at Zhongtou Tiandi Technology Co., Ltd., where they successfully launched four crowdfunding projects.

Moving on, from 2016 to 2017, Bing worked as a Market Research Analyst at F1 Industries. In this role, they analyzed the fiber-laser cutting machines market, managed supplier selection and negotiations, and played a key role in promoting touchless carwash technology at various fairs.

In the same year, Bing worked as a Chinese Language Teacher at Wyższa Szkoła Języków Obcych im. Samuela Bogumiła Lindego.

In 2017, Bing joined EIBC (Europejski Instytut badań i Certyfikat) as a Project Coordinator, a role they held until 2018.

From 2018 to 2021, Bing worked at Huawei Consumer Business Group in multiple roles. Initially, as a GTM Specialist, they played a crucial role in aligning communication between different departments, implementing promotion campaigns, and monitoring sellout trends and stock levels. Later, Bing became a Retail Store Manager, responsible for managing the first Huawei Experience Store in the CEE-Nordic region. In this role, they oversaw store sell-out and inventory, led a sales team, and designed monthly sell-out targets and consultant assessment tools. Finally, Bing worked as an IOT GTM, where they managed product launches and implemented product life-cycle management for MBB & IOT products.

From 2021 to 2023, Bing worked at realme as a Regional GTM. In this role, they managed IOT products and PL&CZ smartphone product strategies, monitored channel sales performance, and maintained relationships with Polish distributors.

Currently, Bing is working at EcoFlow as a CEE Sales Manager. Their responsibilities include business development in the Photovoltaic and electrician industry, connecting with distributors and installers for EcoFlow's Home Solar Battery Solution and portable power stations.

Bing Huang completed their Bachelor's degree in Journalism at Tsinghua University from 2010 to 2014. In 2013, they also participated in an exchange program at Taiwan Tsing Hua University, where they studied Chinese Language and Literature for a year. Later on, from 2016 to 2018, they pursued a Master's degree in International Business at Poznan University of Economics And Business.
